Wheat tortillas to be filled with a spiced mushroom stew with a touch of chipotle, topped with red onion marinated in lime and salt. Like tacos al pastor, but vegan.

A classic that never fails, with perfect potatoes, free-range eggs and sliced ham.

The skirt steak is cooked at a low temperature for 5 hours, served with roasted potatoes. It turns out incredibly tender and flavorful! 
Grilled chicken breast with herbs and bok choy
Slow-cooked chicken breast, lightly grilled and seasoned with herbs. Served with bok choy, a delicious Chinese cabbage that adds an exotic touch.
Cachopín of dried beef and smoked cheese
Small on the outside, but huge on the inside. We've been forced to make this cured beef and smoked cheese cachopo an individual portion for your sake... and for the sake of your relationships.
