- Age: From 4 years old, accompanied by adults. Maximum 2 children per adult. Adults with children aged 4 and over, only one child per adult.
- Objective: to acquire in a fun way some basic notions of indoor climbing and everything necessary to use the facility independently.

Come to Sputnik, have fun climbing and recharge your batteries in our canteen with our menu for children celebrating their birthdays.
We start with a one-hour guided activity of a duration that will bring you closer to climbing under the careful supervision of our technicians and afterwards we will replenish our energy with a menu that includes a Kids' burger with fries or cornflake wings with honey mustard sauce + a drink.
Do you want sweets? Let us know in advance and we'll prepare a homemade cake for the occasion (not included in the price).

What is
In the team of Sputnik's children's and educational area We have developed a climbing day (always adapted to the needs of the center) indoor which can also be combined with activities in the Exterior (orientation, map interpretation, astronomy, geology…).
This is an educational project for children and teenagers that understands climbing as means to acquire physical and psychological tools, values, and experiences.
Our sessions are adapted to the specific needs of each age and each student and are supported by the principles of equality, inclusion, respect and cooperation and is taught by Expert instructors with qualifications in mountaineering, climbing and working with children and teenagers.

The objective of this activity is acquire the basic notions of climbing inside a climbing wall, both with and without ropes, and the key aspects of the sport (gestures, equipment, pulley climbing...).

8 hours over 4 days. Includes access to all Sputnik centers for the entire month.

What is
This activity focuses on the technique and safety of rope climbing.
What does it consist of: This course provides you with the basic knowledge for climbing independently and safely in a climbing wall.
And since telling about it is not the same as living it, This activity includes access to the facility during the month of the course. So you can practice until your eyelashes hurt.
- Duration: 8 hours (spread over 4 days). Four consecutive week course, one day per week, two hours each day.
- Centers: Alcobendas, Las Rozas or Chamberí

- Alcobendas: Mondays 8, 15, 22 and 29 de June from 18 to 20 pm
- Chamberí: Friday 5, 12, 19 and 26 de June from 19 to 21 pm

Weekend introductory course – €100
6 hours over 2 days.
What is
This course is designed for those who don't have time during the week, but want to get started in climbing "the right way".
After an intensive weekend with us, You will have the basic knowledge to climb independently and safely in a climbing wallBoth bouldering and rope climbing.
Objectives: Learn the basic maneuvers and the main knowledge to do rope routes at the climbing wall.
Contents: Gestures and dynamics of indoor climbing. Bouldering safety techniques (learning how to fall and how to carry). Equipment knowledge. Basic safety knots. Belaying with ropes, both on a top rope and as a lead climber, and clipping carabiners.
In Sputnik Legazpi, this activity will focus on climbing and bouldering safety.

Training groups
What is
Perfecting climbing, continuing to learn, discovering new climbing techniques both bouldering and rope climbing… Our training groups are the best tool for continued progress. Groups for all levels, tailored to each climber to achieve peak performance.
Advantages: For certain activities, they will have reserved spaces to hold the class comfortably and a permanent teacher that will allow for greater learning.

- Hours:
- Maximum number of participants: 12 (Monday to Friday, until 17pm) or 10 (from 17pm onwards and weekends)
- Material: rope, belay device and helmet on days of climbing activities
- Price: Chosen monthly fee + €26/month.
- Includes monthly free access pass (with all its benefits and services included).
- The monthly fee cannot be paused once activated, except in the case of a justified and documented injury.
- Age: from the age of 18.
- Are you between 18 and 22 years old? We have training groups so you can climb with people your age. Write to us for more information.

If I'm not going to climb, do I have to pay an entrance fee?
Due to capacity limitations, everyone who accesses the facility must do so with a day pass, except for children under 3 years old.
The accompanying person's ticket (children aged 3 to 14 need to be supervised by adults) costs €5.
Do I need any prior experience to Discover Climbing?
No prior experience is needed, just a desire to discover a new activity.
