Who can take advantage of the 12+1
Any member whose annual membership fee is due. This benefit is only for annual renewals. No, the annual membership is activated at the time of purchase.
What day do I have to renew the membership fee?
The renewal must be effective immediately after the expiration date, without delay. Otherwise, the 12 +1 offer will not be valid.
What if a few days have passed since the expiration date?
If no more than 15 days have passed, we can offer the deal as long as we activate the subscription retroactively, starting the day after the expiration date. It's also possible to take advantage of the offer 15 days before the expiration date (for those who plan ahead...).
Can it be purchased in installments?
Yes, just like before: 8 monthly payments of €73,5.
Can families also apply?
Yes, family annuals can also add a month under the same conditions as the rest of the annuals.

Can I activate it whenever I want?
No, the annual subscription is activated at the time of purchase
Can I make the payment plan online?
No, to pay for your Multicenter Annual Pass in installments, you need to go to reception. However, you can do this at any Sputnik location you choose.
I just paid for the direct debit of another service
Do you have a monthly direct debit payment and we've just processed the payment?
If this is your situation and you want to sign up for the Annual membership, don't worry, we will deduct the cost of your unused portion from the price of the Annual membership.
Inform reception about your situation so the team can handle it.
What happens if I can't pay the second month?
Warning! Payment in installments is a commitment. Failure to meet the payment terms will automatically cancel the Annual Membership.
If I pay my first installment in December, when do I have to pay the second one?
You'll pay the second installment at the beginning of January and the third in February. If you make the payment at the end of the month (for example, December 28th), we'll give you the option to postpone that second installment by one month (February instead of January) so you don't miss out.
Can I pay in a way other than by direct debit?
No, subsequent installments must be paid by direct debit. Payments cannot be made at reception.
Is the money refunded?

If you need to pause your subscription due to a proven emergency, please note that the minimum pause period is 1 month and the maximum is 2 months.
