General conditions and rules for using the facility
1. SCOPE
These general conditions and rules of use regulate the relationship between the user and/or legal representative and Sputnik Climbing SL, during their stay at the facilities and/or during participation in any activity organized by the entity.
They are established with absolute respect for the right that any athlete has to equal treatment and opportunities without any discrimination based on sex, age, physical or mental conditions, health, religion, sexual orientation and identity and gender expression, sexual characteristics, nationality, racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, serostatus, or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.
Sputnik Climbing's facilities include:
- Climbing walls that require a belay rope and/or self-belay systems.
- Block zones.
- Fitness and specialized equipment area.
- Multipurpose rooms.
- Common zones.
- Cafeteria.
- Terrace and outdoor spaces.
- Sputnik Climbing's outdoor facilities at events or competitions.
2. INFORMED CONSENT:
The user and/or their legal representative acknowledges:
- a) Understand that climbing, in the different modalities that can be practiced at Sputnik Climbing, is a sporting activity that is not without risk. Although this risk can be greatly reduced with proper use of the facility, adopting appropriate safety measures, and following these rules of use, there are inherent and unforeseen risks associated with the activity.
- b) To have received complete and sufficient information and training on the characteristics of the activity, to have read and understood these general conditions and rules of use, and to have fully viewed and understood the content of this security video.
- c) Be in adequate physical and mental condition to participate in the activity, and not have any illness or physical limitation that prevents it, or that may be triggered during its development.
- d) To know and accept that their participation involves risk to their own physical integrity and that of others, which includes, but is not limited to: injuries, illnesses, sensory impairments, loss of body parts, permanent disabilities or even death.
- e) To understand that, due to its geographical location and the conditions in which some of the activities organized by Sputnik Climbing can be developed, they may be affected by adverse situations such as weather, natural disasters, political or social instability and others similar, which could cause harm to the user and their property, or the modification of the activity, the suspension of some of the planned activities or stages, and even the cancellation.
- f) To know and accept that the risks of participating in the activity cannot be fully controlled either by the user or by Sputnik Climbing, assuming the possible negative consequences that may arise from the activity.
- g) To have been informed and to accept that, in the event of a health problem, Sputnik Climbing will provide free on-site assistance, limited exclusively to first aid administered by non-medical personnel and, if necessary, stabilization until transfer by the relevant authorities to the health center or hospital deemed appropriate by the emergency services. This excludes medical equipment, medicines, surgical treatments, or other services that must be provided by medical personnel.
- h) If a minor participates under the user's guardianship, the assumptions and statements in this document include the minor.
- i) Sputnik Climbing's opening hours are listed in the footer from each center's website.
3. ACCESS AND USE OF THE FACILITIES:
To access the Sputnik Climbing facilities, registration through the access form is mandatory, which also implies acceptance of these general conditions and rules of use.
- a) Sputnik Climbing is a sports center that reserves access and use of its facilities to all persons who acquire the status of member by formalizing registration or by purchasing a one-off ticket.
- b) All members will have the right to general use of the facilities, within the hours established by the center, except in those periods in which the center may remain closed due to unforeseen causes or cases and circumstances of force majeure and that for reasons of safety and/or health it is not convenient to open it to the public.
- c) For organizational, management, and service supply and demand reasons, management reserves the right to make timely changes to schedules, contract terms, and general operating conditions, giving 15 calendar days' notice through the usual communication channels. Subscribers who wish to do so may terminate their contract as provided in section 8. These changes will take effect immediately after the 15-calendar-day period following notification.
- d) To access centers using QR code access, it is essential to bring a smartphone with which to download the corresponding application. This application will grant access to the facilities via a QR code. You must also activate geolocation and allow access while using the app. This access method is personal and non-transferable; sharing it with a third party constitutes a serious offense.
- e) Sputnik Climbing may issue membership cards to its members or authorized users, which will identify the authorized holder, the membership category, and the member's customer number. The card is an identifying element of the member and must therefore be handled with due care. This option will be used preferably for minors. All other members will use the QR code method.
In case of loss or theft of the season ticket:
- a) The holder must notify Sputnik Climbing as soon as possible in order to issue a new card and update the user's account.
- b) The holder is responsible for all charges made with the card before notification of the loss or theft of the membership card.
- c) The replacement or substitution of the season ticket card has a cost of three euros (€3,00).
All membership cards are the property of Sputnik Climbing and must be returned to Sputnik Climbing at the end of the membership period.
The user declares and guarantees that the personal information and bank details are correct and truthful and undertakes to keep them updated at all times.
4. REGISTRATION. REGISTRATION AS A SUBSCRIBER:
- a) Registration is subject to the present rules and regulations established by Sputnik Climbing.
- b) All service conditions are accepted by the client from the moment of formalizing the registration process, whether in person at the Center or through any of Sputnik Climbing's official channels.
- c) Registration can be done through the website www.sputnikclimbing.com.
- d) The initial amount (first installment) must be paid in cash or by card (depending on the payment methods available at the center) at the time of registration and is non-refundable. The membership period will begin on the day of payment, with the pro-rata portion of the membership fee applied from the registration date, except for registrations made after the 20th (in the case of monthly direct debit payments), in which case, for administrative reasons, the following month's fee must also be paid in full.
- e) To register for any of the subscription options, you must provide a Spanish bank account number for direct debit payments. If you do not provide or accept this payment method, you will have the option of purchasing a prepaid monthly pass. If your payment is rejected two or more times by the bank, you will need to provide a new account number or switch to the prepaid monthly option.
- f) Registration will be personal and non-transferable and its amount will not be refundable (except for reasons of force majeure duly justified –see section 9– by the user or for causes for which Sputnik Climbing is responsible or, in any case, are not attributable to the subscribers).
- (g) Minors and incapacitated persons may only access Sputnik Climbing's facilities with the express prior consent of at least one legal representative. The legal representative agrees that the minor may use the facilities and/or participate in Sputnik Climbing's activities in accordance with these rules of use. Each minor must be supervised by an adult. The authorization and signature of their guardian will be required upon registration, except in the case of legally emancipated minors.
- h) Upon registering as a member of the center, you will be able to access it via QR code (after downloading the Sputnik Climbing QR App). The card will be issued exclusively to minors upon their first registration, free of charge. Replacement will cost €3 (except when surrendering the old Sputnik Climbing card, in which case it will be reused at no cost). The cost of the card is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- i) In any case, both (QR code or card) will grant access to the facilities and will be for personal and non-transferable use. Should any breach of the current regulations regarding the personal and non-transferable nature of the membership be detected, such as its transfer to third parties, the membership holder will immediately lose their membership status, without any right to a refund of the amount paid. Such action will be considered a serious breach of the established terms and conditions and will result in the automatic cancellation of the membership, without prejudice to any legal action that may arise from such conduct.
- j) Access to the center on a one-off basis without the purchase ticket that includes the QR code, without the app or without a card, will in any case require identification at reception and being up to date with payment.
- k) The recurring payment type, in any of its payment modalities, will not be possible to interrupt except for voluntary termination (section 8) and causes of force majeure (section 9).
5. SUBSCRIBER
- a) Any person who has correctly registered and is up to date with the payment of the corresponding fees acquires the status of subscriber.
- b) The subscriber has the right to enjoy the center in optimal conditions.
- c) The renewal of the chosen direct debit subscription method will be automatic, unless the subscriber gives reliable notice (see section 8b of this contract) and/or fills out the corresponding form at reception, at the latest on the 20th of the current month, prior to the month in which they wish to terminate their contract.
- d) For security and capacity reasons, the presentation of the card or QR code, according to the access conditions of the center, is essential for entry to the center.
- e) In the case of access by card, its loss or damage will imply the payment of a new card according to the rates displayed to the public (€3).
- f) The readmission of a subscriber who has previously cancelled will be subject to the general conditions in force at any given time and it will be mandatory not to have any outstanding payments or fees with Sputnik Climbing.
- g) Any modification of personal, economic or contracted services data that the client wishes to make must be communicated before the 20th of the current month.
6. FEES AND RECEIPTS:
- a) The membership and renewal fee (monthly payment) always corresponds to the calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of the month), except for the prepaid monthly fee, which will be valid from the day of purchase until the same day of the following month. Sputnik Climbing reserves the right to apply specific promotions, duly detailed through its usual communication channels, with the monthly fee duration varying accordingly for each promotion.
- b) The fee will be renewed and paid automatically within the first 5 days of each month by direct debit, except as provided in point 5c above. If you wish to cancel your membership, please follow the procedure outlined in point 8a and subsequent points.
- c) The fees paid will not be refundable, nor will they be compensated for unused periods, except for duly justified force majeure (section 9) or for reasons attributable to Sputnik Climbing.
- d) All additional services and products must be paid for in cash or by card at the time of purchase. Under no circumstances can they be paid by direct debit with the monthly fee.
- e) Prices may be updated and revised, with 15 days' prior notice through Sputnik Climbing's usual communication channels, and the subscriber may withdraw from the contract at no cost within 14 days of the announcement made by the Center.
- f) Failure to pay a fee will result in the suspension of access to and use of the center and its services until the corresponding monthly payment is made, unless the non-payment is attributable to an error by Sputnik Climbing or related third parties. You will also be required to pay the bank return fee (€3,00), which includes the bank's return fee and the administrative costs for the returned payment.
- g) Failure to pay the membership fee for more than one consecutive month will result in the loss of membership status and, consequently, the loss of any applicable promotion at the time of registration, unless the non-payment is attributable to an error by Sputnik Climbing or related third parties. To regain membership status, you must register again and pay the outstanding fee(s), the registration fee (if applicable), the current month's fee, and the bank return fee (€3,00), which includes the bank's return fee and administrative costs for the returned payment.
- h) Fees cannot be paused or postponed except for reasons of force majeure previously justified as indicated in section 9.
- i) Annual Installment Payment: When choosing this payment method, payment of all eight installments (seven in Berango and Lugones) will be mandatory. Specific termination cases will be governed by the conditions for voluntary termination (section 8) and interruption of the installment (section 9).
- j) Membership fees (in Madrid) entitle members to two invitations per month for people who have never visited Sputnik. To use these invitations, the guest must present their ID card at reception before entering the facility.
7. COURSES, GROUP ACTIVITIES, GROWING BY CLIMBING AND DAYS OFF FROM SCHOOL.
COURSES:
- a) To reserve a place in a course, it is necessary to make the full payment.
- b) If you are unable to take the course on the reserved date, you must notify us at least three days in advance to arrange another date.
- c) For changes notified less than 24 hours in advance, the amount will NOT be refundable or compensable, except in the cases provided for in section 9.
CAMPS AND DAYS OFF FROM SCHOOL
- a) Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a registration form. Completing this form is mandatory to validate your booking. Your booking will only be considered complete after completing this step before the activity date.
- b) If the reservation is cancelled or modified 20 days in advance, the full amount will be refunded.
- c) If a cancellation or modification is notified less than two weeks in advance, 30% of the total amount reserved will be retained.
- d) If the booking is cancelled or modified less than 10 days in advance, the amount will NOT be refundable or compensable, except in the cases provided for in section 9.
GUIDED OUTINGS
- a) To book a guided tour or trip, a 50% deposit of the total price is required. For trips that include accommodation and/or transport bookings, the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, as it is used to reserve flights and accommodations.
- b) If the cancellation is notified 20 days in advance, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded, always deducting the costs of accommodation and/or transport reservations.
- c) If you give 10 days' notice, 30% of the total amount booked will be retained (the cost of booking accommodation and/or transport is not included in the refund).
- d) For cancellations given less than 10 days in advance, the amount will NOT be refundable or compensable, except in the cases provided for in section 9.
- e) If the guided tour is conducted in the guide's vehicle, the travel expenses will be borne by the other occupants.
GROW BY CLIMBING
- a) For training groups and children's school, access to the center outside of class hours is permitted throughout the month the fee is valid. Class materials are not included.
- b) The nursery school begins in early September each year and ends at the end of June. Days off at Crecer Escalando are specified in the school calendars, which can be found on each center's website.
- c) Prices for Crecer Escalando for children (1 hour of class) and Crecer Escalando for youth (1 hour 30 min of class) can be found on the website.
- d) Classes are suspended during July and August, and no fees are charged. The monthly cost of these fees is fixed throughout the year and does not vary due to holidays or days off from school as indicated on the academic calendar.
- e) No membership fee (family, monthly, etc.) includes the Crecer Escalando fee, it only includes access to the Sputnik centers.
- f) You can cancel your direct debit payment at Crecer Escalando according to the terms of section 8.
- g) Public holidays will coincide with national holidays and those of the autonomous community –local holidays are considered school days–. These will not be recoverable or compensated.
- h) Classes missed due to causes beyond the center's control cannot be made up, nor will they be compensated or refunded.
GIFT CARDS
- a) Gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Once this period has expired, they cannot be reactivated. The amount paid is non-refundable and non-compensable, except in the cases provided for in section 9.
- b) The purchase conditions are those specified in point 11.
SPUTNIK HEALTH (physiotherapy)
- a) To book the physiotherapy service, you will select the specific date and time and pay 100% of the amount.
- b) Reservations can be made up to one hour before the session.
- c) An appointment can be cancelled under the following terms and up to one hour before the session:
- If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will be able to use the full amount to change the date/time.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% will be credited to your account for use on any service or product at the center.
- Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice means losing all payments made, except for reasons of force majeure previously justified, as indicated in section 9.
8. VOLUNTARY TERMINATION. PERMANENT CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIBERSHIP:
- a) The subscriber must give reliable notice of the termination of his contract with Sputnik Climbing, no later than the 20th of the month prior to the month in which he wishes to terminate his contract.
- b) This communication must be made exclusively through the following form: voluntary withdrawalCancellation requests communicated through channels other than those indicated in this clause will not be considered correctly made.
- c) Cancellation requests will not be accepted through channels other than those indicated above (emails, messages through social networks, etc.)
- d) If you do not give notice in advance and in the manner indicated, the contract will be renewed automatically, by the usual procedure, based on the fee then in force.
- e) The contract will be cancelled upon final termination.
9. INTERRUPTION OF THE FEE (CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE):
- a) Force majeure is an unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstance that alters the conditions of the contractual obligation. It will be necessary to prove and demonstrate the event in order for it to be declared as force majeureThey must be approved by the center's management, which reserves the right to accept them.
- b) Only the quotas of annual subscribers due to the following force majeure events, including injury, illness, or death. In these cases, the payment obligation will be suspended for the period established in clauses c and d of this section 9.
- c) The minimum interruption period will be 1 calendar month in the same year (it will not be possible to pause individual days or weeks).
d) The maximum interruption period will be 2 calendar months in the same year, in the case of membership fees and 1 month in the case of training groups and children's school.
- e) In annual subscriptions, a maximum of 2 months may be requested within the annual period, even if the calendar year changes.
- f) If the interruption exceeds the maximum period, the following procedure will be followed:
- You will be allowed to transfer the remaining months of your membership to another person. The user will be responsible for informing Spuntik who will be using your membership. Spuntik will not issue any refunds; the membership for the new subscriber will begin the day after the membership suspension request is submitted.
- Annual fee. The customer will be offered the option of having the remaining amount in a gift card that can be used for any Sputnik Climbing service.

10. MINORS:
- a) Children under 3 years old do not need admission. They must always be accompanied by an adult who enters the facility with them. Adults can enter with their season ticket or pay for a day ticket.
- b) Children aged 3 to 13 (up to and including age 13). They must always be accompanied by an adult who enters the facility with them. Adults can enter with their season ticket or purchase a day ticket or an accompanying adult ticket.
- c) In Chamberí and Legazpi, minors aged 12 to 16 (completed) may access the facility without an adult companion, provided they have the signed authorization of their legal guardian.
- d) In Alcobendas and Las Rozas, minors aged 14 to 16 (completed) may access the facility without an adult companion, provided they have the signed authorization of their legal guardian.
- e) Children aged 3 to 15 (up to age 15) have a reduced price to access the facility.
11. PURCHASES THROUGH THE WEB
- a) To reserve any service or activity, it is necessary to pay 100 percent of its price.
- b) If you are unable to carry out the activity or enjoy the reserved service, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance to change the date.
- c) After this period, no changes or refunds will be made, except for the reasons set out in section 9.
- d) To cancel an online purchase, the deadline is 14 days, provided that the fee or service has not yet been used. After this period, amounts paid through the website will not be refundable or eligible for compensation.
12. DAY TICKET AND 10-TICK PASS
- a) The 1-day ticket is valid for the selected day or the day of purchase (as the case may be) and for a single entry and exit at a Sputnik center.
- b) The 10 voucher has a maximum validity of 1 year and it is not possible to extend this period.
- c) The 10 bonus can be shared.
- d) The Berango and Lugones 10-trip vouchers only grant access to the center where the purchase was made. The Multicenter 10-trip voucher grants access to all Sputnik centers in Madrid.
- e) Under no circumstances will this amount be refundable or compensable.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
- a) Sputnik Climbing is not responsible for accidents that members and guests may suffer as a result of practicing the sport in the facilities at its service, unless there is intent, fault or negligence on the part of Sputnik. Climbing or its staff and the damage is attributable to them. For these cases, liability insurance is available.
- b) Sputnik Climbing will not be liable in cases of loss, damage or theft that occurs in the lockers or any other point of the center, unless there is intent, fault or gross negligence on the part of Sputnik Climbing and the damage is attributable to it.
- c) For greater security, Sputnik Climbing makes lockers available to members of the center or guests. daily use For storing personal belongings. These are personal lockers, and Sputnik Climbing will not keep a record of the items deposited, as this will not be considered a business transaction. The lockers open automatically each day, and Sputnik is not responsible for any losses of deposited items.
- d) Sputnik Climbing is not responsible for training prescriptions that have not been made by its technical team.
- e) Members must use the facilities responsibly. In the event of misuse by any member or guest, Sputnik Climbing will not be liable for any damages caused unless due to willful misuse or negligence on the part of Sputnik Climbing or its staff. There is no private medical insurance coverage for this purpose.
14. PHYSICAL CONDITION OF SUBSCRIBERS:
- a) The subscriber declares that he is in good physical condition and has no medical knowledge that would prevent him from engaging in active or passive physical exercises performed at the center.
- b) In the event that any of the statements described in point 14a above prove to be false, the customer shall be solely responsible for any damages, injuries and even death that he or she may suffer on the premises of Sputnik Climbing or as a result of the use of the equipment made available to the customer by Sputnik Climbing, unless they are due to the fault or negligence of Sputnik Climbing or its staff.
15. RULES OF USE AND OPERATION: GENERAL REGULATIONS:
- a) Within the facilities, the use of sports clothing and specific footwear appropriate to the exercise being performed is mandatory.
- b) The equipment (dumbbells, weight plates, bars, and other sports implements) must be returned to its proper place after use. Dropping the equipment on the floor is prohibited, whether during training or when putting it away.
- c) For hygiene and safety reasons, shaving, waxing and other similar actions are prohibited in any area of the facility.
- d) During the summer holiday periods (July and August), Easter, and Christmas (December 22 to January 8), reduced opening hours may apply. These changes will be announced through Sputnik Climbing's communication channels at least 15 days in advance. Members who wish to do so may terminate their contract as outlined in point 8 above.
- e) Only the Sputnik Climbing technical team may conduct personal or group training sessions. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the immediate expulsion of the members involved.
- f) The center may be closed for a period of 15 days for construction or improvements to the facility, with 10 days' prior notice given through official communication channels. In this case, affected customers will be compensated in proportion to the inconvenience caused.
- g) The entry of companion animals into the sports facility is prohibited, with the exception of guide dogs, according to Law 2/2015, of March 10, on access for people who require the accompaniment of assistance dogs.
- h) In the case of a guide dog, the animal must wear a tag on its collar specifying that it is a "guide dog". The owner must carry a record showing that the dog is up to date on vaccinations, deworming, etc.
- i) For the purposes of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, the recording of images (photographs, films, etc.) through cameras, mobile phones or other means is not permitted at any point of the facility, except with the express authorization of Sputnik Climbing.
- j) It is not permitted:
- The entry of any type of weapons.
- The consumption, sale, exchange of narcotic substances, drugs or alcohol.
- The handling of audiovisual and lighting equipment.
- The indiscriminate use of machines/equipment in terms of time and/or number of machines during training is prohibited. Only one machine may be used at a time and for a limited period that allows multiple clients to share its use simultaneously.
- Rest between sets while using the machine. The machine should be free for shared use, alternating work and rest between two or more clients if necessary.
- The use of tripods or other similar elements for recording images is prohibited without the express authorization of Sputnik Climbing.
- The entry of bags, glass bottles and/or food.
- Smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the facility.
- Eating on the premises is prohibited, except in the areas expressly designated (Canteen).
- k) Sputnik Climbing undertakes to preserve and maintain all facilities in the best condition.
- l) The Sputnik Climbing team will ensure compliance with the center's general rules by all members and guests.
- m) Failure to comply with any Sputnik Climbing regulations and/or guidelines of its staff will result in the application of the corresponding sanctions, including, where applicable, expulsion from the center and cancellation of the membership status.
- n) Any inappropriate, aggressive or offensive behavior in the center, with its staff or with other members, will be cause for immediate expulsion from the facilities.

Self-belayed climbing rules
For self-belayed climbing practice, it is mandatory to have fully viewed and understood the content of this security video and read Annex III.
Rules for bouldering
The specific rules for this type of climbing are set out in Annex II.
16. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
- a) Data controller: Sputnik Climbing, SL, as well as the rest of the companies that make up the Sputnik Climbing group.
- b) Purpose of processing: the data provided will be processed by Sputnik Climbing, for the purpose of:
- To provide the contracted services and to manage and maintain the relationship with our clients.
- To carry out the economic, fiscal and administrative procedures of the clients for the correct provision of sports services.
- Sending communications related to the administration and execution of the contract and the provision of the contracted services, such as sending contracts, documents or copies thereof, information on the registration and cancellation process, receipts, etc.
- Send communications with offers of services, events, surveys and news related to our professional activity and the services contracted when we are authorized to do so.
- Guarantee the safety of people, property and facilities.
- Controlling access to our facilities, preventing access to unauthorized persons that could lead to fraud or risks to the security of customers and facilities.
- c) Categories of data collected. Taking into consideration the purposes mentioned in the previous sections, the following categories of data may be processed: identification data (for example, name and surname, telephone, postal address, email, identification document and image for the identification of clients); economic, financial or banking data (for example, activities, businesses, commercial licenses or bank accounts).
- d) Recipients. Personal data may be disclosed to companies belonging to the Sputnik Climbing group that need access to it for the purposes mentioned above. You can access the list of joint controllers in our LEGAL NOTICE available on our website. Personal data may also be disclosed to third-party data processors and their collaborators for the proper performance of the contracted services.
- e) Rights. You are hereby informed of your right to access, rectify, cancel or delete, limit or oppose the processing of your data by writing to the email address protecciondedatos@sputnikclimbing.com. We also inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).

CCTV
All our centers have video surveillance cameras that record images of our staff, users, customers, and third parties. The following information details the conditions for processing these images:
Data controller: Sputnik Climbing, SL and companies of the Sputnik Climbing Group.
Purpose of processing: security of people, property and facilities, and access control.
Legitimation: fulfillment of a mission of public interest.
Storage period: the images will be stored for a maximum period of 30 calendar days unless there is a legal obligation to store them for a longer period.
Recipients: Personal data will not be communicated except where legally required.
Rights: to access, rectify and delete data, as well as other rights, as detailed in the additional information (at www.SputnikClimbing.com or by sending an email to: protecciondedatos@sputnikclimbing.com)
Image processing
Sputnik Climbing reserves the right to take photographs or make video recordings inside the building, as well as at events outside organized or sponsored by Sputnik Climbing, for its internal, promotional or informational use, always with due respect for the right to one's own image, which is enshrined in the Spanish Constitution, the Organic Law on the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and One's Own Image, and current regulations on the protection of personal data (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 and Law 3/2018 of 5 December LOPDGDD relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).
Image capture by unauthorized third parties
Sputnik Climbing is not responsible for images captured within its facilities by unauthorized third parties. Intentionally taking images of third parties without their consent may be illegal and violate their right to privacy and personal data protection. In accordance with privacy regulations, the responsibility will lie with the person who took the image.
Commercial communications
Sputnik Climbing may send you marketing communications related to service offers, events, surveys, and news about our business and the services you have contracted, via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe from receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe procedure provided in each message.
Administrative communications
Sputnik Climbing may send you communications related to the administration and execution of the contract and the provision of the contracted services, such as sending contracts, documents or copies thereof, information about the registration or cancellation process, changes to its privacy policy, receipts, etc., via email, telephone, or WhatsApp. These communications are not commercial or advertising in nature and are necessary for the proper provision of the service and the fulfillment of the contractual relationship.
Annex I
Rules for using the track area
- To use the rope belay area, it will be necessary to master basic climbing and belaying maneuvers.
- Do not distract users while they are climbing, belaying, or in the process of putting on safety equipment (harness, knot, and check).
- Never be below a user who is climbing.
- Do not use any climbing equipment, materials, or techniques without the supervision of a Sputnik Climbing staff member.
Specific rules for rope climbing
- Check the center's rules.
- It is mandatory to use semi-automatic belay devices (Gri Gri, Sum, Cinch, etc.), an approved helmet for lead climbing, tie into the harness with the double figure-eight knot, clip all the protections on the route, use approved and well-maintained equipment, and perform the partner check with your rope team before starting to climb.
- It is forbidden to interfere with the progress of routes being used by other climbing teams, to climb without a rope, to perform maneuvers at height (setting up belay stations, rappelling, safe lowering, etc.), to climb without a shirt and to hold onto metal elements.

Annex II
Block area usage rules
- Check the center's rules.
- It is not permitted to carry a chalk bag on your waist while climbing, to consume food and drinks on the mat, to leave equipment in the climbing area (footwear, clothing…), to climb without a shirt, to remain below the climbing area, to climb with a harness and to climb above the end of the blocks or in areas that are not enabled.
- Always carry a carrier.
- Don't jump from the highest points (tops); use the downclimbing holds.
- It is preferable to use liquid magnesium (there are dispensers in the room).

Annex III
Specific rules for self-insureds.

- Check that no one is climbing above you.
- Anchor the self-belay carabiner to the harness's ventral ring
- At the end, anchor the carabiner to the door ring (mat).
- It is forbidden to stand on the door (mat) when someone is climbing, to use the cable as a means of progression, to jump during the descent, to do pendulum swings and to climb routes close to the lines where they are installed.
