General conditions
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the user and/or their legal representative and Sputnik Salud y Formación SL during participation in any course organized by the company. By registering for activities offered by Sputnik Salud y Formación SL, the participant agrees, after booking, to each and every one of these general terms and conditions.
- The activities offered on this website will be taught by professionals in each subject, almost always climbing guides, canyoning guides and certified mountain sports technicians.
- Courses are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the company reserves the right to cancel the course (in which case the course fee will be refunded to each registered participant). Once the maximum number of participants is reached, no further students will be admitted.
- Bookings will be made through the channels specified on this page. Upon booking, participants must pay 100% of the course price via the payment gateway. Activity prices include applicable VAT.
- In cases where this is specified in the course information, it will be the responsibility of the students to arrange their own transportation to the location where the course will be taught.
- Each student is responsible for bringing to the course the material specified in the course information.
- During the course or outing, the guide or teacher will have the ability to modify, change or cancel the activity due to safety or weather conditions.
Cancellation policy
The client may withdraw from the requested or contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid in the following cases:
- Giving notice at least 7 days before the start of the course.
- If the course is suspended or moved to another date due to bad weather, not having a minimum number of participants or force majeure reasons.
- For medical reasons that prevent the student from taking the course (proof will be required).
If none of the reasons described above apply, failure to attend the course will result in losing the total amount paid for the reservation.
Data protection and image rights
In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD):
- The data provided will not be shared with third parties. It will be used to send communications from Sputnik Health and Training SL authorized by the person enrolled in the course.
- The person enrolled in the course may exercise the rights recognized in the GDPR, and in particular the rights of portability, access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, by sending an email to the following address: info@
sputnikformacion.com , with the subject line “STOP BOTHERING ME”. - You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, as well as file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency) if you deem it appropriate.
- Those enrolled in the courses give their consent to use the images taken during the development of the courses for use in their dissemination channels and also in advertising campaigns.
